WHAT WE’RE DOING AT THE RIVERSIDE:
-
Continue to follow the state’s occupancy guidelines. Lodging venues that have completed the New Mexico Safe Certified can operate at maximum occupancy in accordance with COVID-Safe Practices, and places of lodging that have not completed the New Mexico Safe Certified are allowed 50% occupancy. Riverside personnel have completed these training programs.
-
We will be using a walk-up window at the office in order to limit person-to-person contact, no guests will be allowed inside the office. If you need something, don’t hesitate to call the office or text 575-770-1271 during office hours.
-
We are encouraging prepaid check-ins in order to limit interaction. We need a card on file, then we will charge the remaining balance on day of arrival. We will then leave your keys, map, etc. on our bulletin board, so you can grab and go.
-
For after hour check-ins, it is ideal for your balance to be paid prior to your arrival, however, if you prefer to pay upon arrival, we ask that you pay the following morning. Keys, map, etc. will be left on the bulletin board outside the office.
-
At this time, we will not be offering daily room services. We will offer a towel exchange and if you require any additional supplies, they will be provided at that time. Just text 575-770-1271 with the specifics of what you need and we'll deliver them between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
-
While cleaning has always been a priority to us, we have adopted an even higher level of cleaning standards and operational best practices. These methods include but aren’t limited to; letting rooms “rest” in between guest stays, in addition to regular cleaning, additional sanitization practices, such as chemical sanitization of all touch points, as well as the use of Ozone generators to sanitize surfaces. Due to the extra time it takes to clean and sanitize a room we cannot offer early check-in at this time. While we take this extra care, we ask that you still remain vigilant in order to keep friends and family safe.
-
We have removed all unnecessary items from guest rooms, such as decorative pillows, bed scarves, etc.
-
Communal spaces such as the clubhouse, hot tub, and lobby will be closed until further notice. Guest laundry room will be by appointment only.
-
If you or anyone in your group has been recently exposed to the virus or have any illness or symptoms, please do not visit Red River until you have fully recovered.
-
We ask that all guests maintain proper distancing while on the grounds of our property and adhere to all the other state requirements listed above.
-
When venturing out of your room, please use a mask. Our town will also be providing extra sanitizing stations for your use. Please make sure you are following the appropriate hand-washing and sanitation practices.
These guidelines and best practices have been agreed upon by all or businesses in Red River in order to keep our community and guests safe. We ask that you help us in maintaining these standards for the good of our community. Our goal is to keep our community safe so that we can continue to welcome guests to our local businesses, but we cannot do that if these guidelines are not being followed.
We look forward to welcoming our guests and hope you make your stay in Red River a great one!
